3-Card Monte

I've never seen this game in person. I was shocked to see it being played during the day, on a sidewalk on one of the busiest streets in the world - the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. I've found you can usually rip off 3 - 5 shots before someone freaks out.

This woman wanted absolutely nothing to do with the camera as well as the con man that is in the background. I don't understand how this game was being played. The police were just down the street.
