Parisian Smoker and Friends

I like to watch people do things when they don't know they are being watched. Side note - most video and film is captured at 29 frames per second. This video is made of  13 freeze frames and then made into a "VHS Quality" video at 29 frames per second. Total length of video is 1:05. Did you get all that? No worries - I hope you enjoy the video.
